I have been getting car service from Auto Lab in Plymouth Mich for 10 years...the service is nothing short of EXCLELENCE...The management team of Bret and Marc are excellent...all the staff at Auto Lab are excellent...I'd highly recommend anybody who needs service to there automobile go to auto-lab. I personally have referred 5 customers there and there were extremely happy with service they received...as a last note Auto Lab is AAA certified and they do appointments and walk-ins...I'd just like to personally thank all the staff at Auto Lab for everything you have done for my son and friends relating to there vehicles...

This was my first time at auto lab in Plymouth and it was a very professional. From start to finish. Front desk Bret and mechanic Shawn are excellent at their jobs. They explained in detail what was wrong with my car after driving and also putting on hoist to look for problem areas then told me what could be done to fix it and left the decision up to me as to fix or not and the dangers if any. Do gor thise readons I am rating this establishment a excellent in all areas! I will use the service again if needed and refer my colleagues to them.

HONEST, PROFESSIONAL AND MOST OF ALL CARING!! I had just purchased a used vehicle and only had it for less than a week-- when it was involved in an accident, needless to say I was very distraught and didn't know what to do. I had the vehicle towed to Brett after speaking to him on the phone and he said to bring it in and he'd take a look at it. It was damaged more than I first suspected...Brett gave me some options, but said he would do whatever I wanted. I decided to take it to a collision shop because it also had front end damage. I tried to pay Brett for diagnosing the problem and he would not let me pay. He was so compassionate and understanding in my time of distress, and made me feel like I was a family member. Brett was an angel to me in my time of need. No question I will go back for service in the future and just to meet Brett and give him a hug. There are truly people out there who still care for their customers and Brett is one of them! Take your car to Auto Lab...no question!

I took my beloved /06 Acura TL to Marc on the recommendation of one of my friends. Tires had been balanced at Discount Tire couple of days before and pronounced perfect by Discount. As soon as I departed Discount Tire noticed same vibrations between 50 mph and 80 mph on highway that I had when I went there in the first place. I watched the job being done at Discount -- speed appeared to be paramount to them -- job was done in 15 minutes for all four wheels. Marc's guys took the time to do the job carefully (approx. 45 minutes) and car is perfect. Drove from Farmington Hills to northern Ontario and back this weekend (950 miles round trip) with no vibration, steering wheel shake, etc. What a difference! Great work thanks very much Marc and crew.

Always a pleasure doing business with Bret and Marc. I've been coming to Auto-Lab for 19 years since living in Plymouth. Absolutely love coming here. My husband and I have brought 6 cars to be serviced here in that time. They're personable, professional, honest,and explains things about what needs to be done for the vehicle. Also, when my car needs an oil change I can just call and say hi, and tell them what I need and they always say, "we can get you in." It's also nice knowing they won't talk you into something you don't need.
